TWO LINES ALIGN  |  APPAREL DESIGN

I created a small apparel collection comparing the historical design group: Grapus and the contemporary design group: Adapt Climate Club. I was inspired by the group within Grapus formed by Gérard Paris-Clavel: Ne Pass Plier. They believe that “only when inserted into action or struggle does it produce political effects; only when carried by individuals or groups does it come alive, generating meaning in return.”

My goal with this collection is to share knowledge, encourage action and build a community of motivated activists through fashion to pave a way for interactive climate activism. I want to create a platform that explores the ways in which climate messaging could be carried outside of general conversations and into real life with an emphasis on community, unity, and identity while also helping increase accessibility to the climate movement.
